About Role

The Technology Development Quality Assurance (TDQA) Engineer is responsible for assuring that recent and transferred semiconductor technologies are developed, matured, qualified, released, and governed through a disciplined quality framework. The role acts as the quality interface between Technology Development, Process Integration, Design Enablement, Reliability, Yield, Manufacturing, Customer Engineering, and QMS to ensure that technology maturity, PDK readiness, design manual interpretation,



device characterization evidence, reliability readiness, manufacturability indicators, and customer release permissions are controlled, traceable, and audit-ready.

This role serves as a governance facilitator and quality control point for technology-development reviews, PDK / design collateral readiness, document change reviews, engineering change reviews, technology status transitions, and external customer-facing release controls.

Experience:
- Experience in technology quality governance, PDK release, cross-functional coordination

Exposure to APQP, PPAP, SPC, engineering change control, device characterization, reliability, yield preferred

Key Responsibilities
