Role Overview

As a Deputy Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the online purchase of term and health insurance policies, providing expert consultation, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the online purchase journey for term and health insurance plans.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, resolve queries, and build lasting customer trust.
- Use consultative selling and proactive follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.




- Adhere to company sales processes and compliance standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and capable of performing in a fast-paced workplace.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to simplify complex products.
