Position Overview

Responsibilities:
- Lead the review of business requirements and work closely with business partners to complete detailed business requirement documentation to reduce ambiguity.
- Clearly define systems work scope and objectives based on business requirements.
- Clearly understand the business problem and business value of requirements, understanding the mínimal viable product that meets business need.
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to work independently and communicate questions and concerns of business and technical design.
- Facilitate and translate business requirements into systems functional specifications and system design specifications.
- Provide systems expertise to system users, business partners, and other internal/external customers including trouble shooting issues and identifying and correcting inefficiencies.
- Assist Enterprise and Application Architecture with business and technical knowledge of projects and strategy/roadmaps.
- Ability to influence others within and across business and IT functions.




- Provide constructive feedback to business and IT partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to resources in the Advisor and Senior Advisor role.
- Provide input to project and system test strategies and test plans.
- Participate in test evidence walkthroughs.

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence business and IT partners.
- Solid understanding of Systems Analyst roles, responsibilities, and SDLC processes.
- Experience reviewing business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documentation.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of QA processes, testing approaches, and defect management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Visio).
- Working knowledge of relational database concepts and reporting tools.
