Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, and process documents
- Train teams on communication, sales, customer handling, and process knowledge
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
- Conduct refresher training and performance improvement sessions
- Coordinate with operations managers for training requirements
- Maintain training reports and attendance records
- Support quality improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a BPO Trainer or Operations Trainer
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in customer support, telesales,



or operations processes
- Ability to manage and motivate teams
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting
- Startup mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling remote teams
- Knowledge of quality and performance metrics
- Fluent Hindi and English communication

Working Details
- Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000
