Job Description: Job Title: Tele Sales Officer - Loans and Insurance Department

Process: Voice - Outbound Calling

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Officers to join our Loans and insurance Department. The role involves outbound voice calls to customers to promote and sell.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain loan or Insurance products and their benefits clearly.

Generate leads and close sales over the phone.

Maintain customer details and follow up regularly.

Ensure proper customer handling and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Any graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply

Gender: Females preferred

Language: Telugu, English

Work Timings:
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Fixed off





Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills

Willingness to work in a target-based environment

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary ( 12 K In-hand )+ attractive incentives

Training will be provided for freshers

Pay: ₹8,880.62 - ₹13,800.00 per month
