About the Role:
---Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 15-20 developers, technically breaking down tasks and assigning them based on individual strengths and experience.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to estimate efforts, plan sprints, and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive efficiency by identifying process improvements and leveraging automation and AI tools to accelerate coding efforts.
- Implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation to enhance deployment workflows.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication, status updates, and resolving technical and project-related issues.
- Work on API integrations, wireframe reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes with a hands-on approach.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards,



project documentation, and quality assurance practices.
- Foster a team-oriented environment encouraging learning, innovation, and accountability.
