Job Summary

Senior Technical Data Project Manager - Data & Analytics (Azure/GCP) | 15+ years’ experience

Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Data Project Manager to lead enterprise Data & Analytics transformation programs on Azure and/or GCP, with strong delivery, stakeholder management, presales, RFP, and proposal support capabilities.

Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, delivery, and sales teams to deliver cloud-based data modernization initiatives.

Program & Project Delivery

Manage end-to-end Data & Analytics program delivery.

Lead planning, estimation, budgeting, staffing, execution, and reporting.

Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery across distributed teams.

Track risks, issues, dependencies, governance, quality, and financials.

Ensure smooth transition from initiation to deployment and support.

Technical Leadership

Partner with architects and engineering teams on delivery strategy.

Oversee Data Lake, Warehouse, Lakehouse, BI, AI,



and modernization solutions.

Review solution designs, risks, and roadmaps.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Serve as the primary client and executive stakeholder contact.

Manage expectations, escalations, communications, workshops, and reviews.

Build robust relationships with customer leadership and sponsors.

Presales, RFP & Proposals

Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, SOWs, and delivery commercials.

Define delivery strategy, estimates, timelines, staffing, risks, assumptions, and migration approach.

Partner with Sales, Presales, Architects, and SMEs for solutions, presentations, and proposal defense.
