Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Docimary responsibility is closing shippingbills with the bank and ensuring timely realization of BRC/e-BRC for every export consignment. The role owns the full

post-shipment documentation and bank-reconciy with our bankers, CHA, and internalfinance/logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Primary — Shipping Bill Closure & BRC (core KRA):
- Submit shipping bills, invoices, and exporegotiation/collection and follow up untilclosure.
- Track outstanding shipping bills (EDPMS) ain RBI-prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with the bank for realization of export proceeds and generation of e-BRC against each shipping bill.
- Reconcile shipping bills against FIRC/inwamatches (value, buyer, currency) with thebank.




- Maintain a shipping-bill-wise closure tracand escalate ageing/unrealized bills.
- Liaise with DGFT/customs for any BRC-related discrepancies or amendments.

Secondary — Export Logistics Support:
- Prepare/verify export invoices, packing li
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHA for shipment execution.
- Support duty drawback and export incentiveata.
- Maintain shipment and documentation records; provide status updates to management.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Foreign Trade, or re
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience specifically in export documentation, EDPMS, and BRC/e-BRC closure with banks.
- Solid working knowledge of FEMA export rend DGFT e-BRC process.
- Prior experience directly liaising with bank export departments is essential.
- Good follow-up discipline, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
