Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Product Monitoring:Track the progress of products from production to dispatch, ensuring everything matches the customer's order specifications.

Fitter Team Coordination:Follow up closely with the technician/fitter team to schedule installations, track daily fitting progress, and ensure perfect on-site execution.

Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, giving them regular delivery/installation updates and handling inquiries in multiple regional languages.

System & Database Upkeep:Maintain accurate records of order statuses, technician assignments, and customer profiles on our CRM platform and Excel tracking sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Any Under Graduate (UG) degree.

Languages Known:Strong fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Kannada (essential for handling regional clients).





Technical Skills:
Software: Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Spreadsheets and basic exposure to CRM platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong patience, active listening skills, and a qualified phone demeanor.
