Job Summary

Pioneer Hardware India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely availability of products required for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Request quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Track pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases accordingly.
- Develop long-term relationships with vendors for better pricing and service.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain,



or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong learning ability may also apply.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in the Hardware, Building Materials, Electrical, Interior, or Construction industry will be preferred.
