Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and enquiries received.

Customer Communication
- Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi, English, and preferably Tamil.
- Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Sales Support
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and purchase decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.

Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Collect information about new projects, industries, and potential markets.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.

Exhibition & Promotional Activities
- Participate in trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, and presentations.
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Reporting
- Submit daily call reports and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track lead status and customer feedback.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
