Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all company operations within the assigned city.
- Lead and supervise Sales, Field Operations, Customer Support, and Service Teams.
- Achieve business growth, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop local business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and business updates to management.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence and market expansion within the city.

Eligibility
- Experience in Operations, Sales, Business Development, or Team Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.




- Experience in managing multiple teams and achieving performance targets is preferred.
- Experience in Home Services, E-commerce, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, or Startup sectors will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
