Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting
Manage end-to-end accounting, ledger scrutiny, and monthly closing
Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and monthly financial dashboards
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements
Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping as per accounting standards
E-commerce Finance Management
Handle Marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)
Manage payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree etc.)
Monitor refunds, returns (RTO), claims, commissions, and settlement reports
Track channel-wise performance, margins, and cost analysis
Taxation & Compliance
Manage GST compliance (GSTR 1/3B, reconciliation, notices handling)
Manage TDS compliance and filing
Support in Income Tax return filing and assessments
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance documentation
Budgeting & Controls
Assist in annual budgeting & forecasting
Improve internal controls, process automation & cost optimization
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners,
and finance stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (mandatory)
Experience in E-commerce / D2C / Retail finance (mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR
Expertise in Reconciliations (Marketplace / PG / Bank)
Good understanding of working capital, inventory, and vendor payments
Solid Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems preferred
Prior experience with multi-channel e-commerce operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Can handle deadlines & work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹16 LPA - ₹21 LPA (Based on experience & skillset)
