Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Regular follow-up with customers for purchase orders and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Production Department for timely manufacturing and order planning.
- Liaise with the Dispatch & Logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for outstanding receivables and payment follow-ups.
- Regularly update customers regarding production status and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and technical discussions whenever required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Educational Qualification
- MBA in Marketing or:
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institute.

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the Pigment, Dyes, Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Paints, Plastics, Masterbatch, or related industries.
- Experience in B2B industrial marketing will be preferred.

Required Skills:

- Solid customer relationship management abilities.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of industrial marketing and sales processes.
