About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop planning layouts, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Prepare presentation drawings, design documentation, and project submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineers and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
- Collaborate with senior architects and support junior team members when required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3-5 years of experience in an architectural consultancy or design firm.
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Residential, or Institutional projects.
- Solid knowledge of planning, working drawings, detailing,



and execution support.
- Understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory):
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar visualization software:
- Familiarity with MS Office and presentation tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
