Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership qualities, with proven experience mentoring engineers and fostering a team-oriented team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Framework Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and security testing, covering React UIs, Java APIs, and Oracle backend services.
- Hands-on Test Automation: Lead by example, actively writing, executing, and maintaining complex automated test scripts primarily using Java, leveraging industry-standard tools for UI, API, and database testing.
- Team Mentorship & Guidance:



Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of automation QA engineers, fostering their technical growth, problem-solving skills, and adherence to best practices.
- Test Data Management: Implement effective strategies for synthetic test data generation and management to support diverse and comprehensive testing scenarios across Oracle databases and React UI components.
- Reporting & Analytics: Establish and maintain robust reporting mechanisms for test execution results, defect trends, and quality metrics, providing actionable insights to project teams and stakeholders.
- Manages multiple IT Quality teams or an IT Quality functional area (depending on size of business).
- Resolves complex and highly variable issues.
