Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and onboard employers across relevant sectors and locations, including opportunities outside Jharkhand and Odisha.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, recruiters, placement agencies, and industry partners.
- Organize and coordinate placement drives, interviews, walk-ins, and virtual recruitment.
- Counsel students on career opportunities, job roles, salary expectations, relocation, and industry requirements.
- Conduct placement orientation sessions covering resume building, interview preparation, communication, workplace expectations, and professional conduct.
- Develop hyper-local placement opportunities within students’ districts/cities and nearby industrial, service, retail, BFSI, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, trainers, counsellors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain employer databases, vacancy trackers,



placement records, offer/joining proofs, retention records, and regular MIS reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to placement and retention.

- Willingness to travel for employer visits
