Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Classes XI & XII as per the State Board (Matric) curriculum.
- Prepare annual academic plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Deliver engaging, concept-based lessons using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Conduct Physics laboratory practicals and maintain laboratory equipment, records, and safety standards.
- Prepare students for Higher Secondary Board Examinations.
- Conduct regular assessments, practical examinations, projects, and assignments, and provide timely feedback.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial coaching to improve academic performance.
- Mentor high-achieving students to excel in academics.
- Integrate smart classroom technology and digital learning tools into teaching.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.




- Communicate effectively with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings regarding student progress.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, workshops, training programmes, and school events.
- Foster scientific thinking, discipline, and a safe, positive learning environment.

Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a Matric Higher Secondary School.
- Experience teaching Classes XI & XII is preferred.
- Experience in handling Higher Secondary Board Examination batches will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, Electronics, and Waves.
