Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Site Engineer to drive growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise daily construction activities at site.Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and workers.Monitor manpower deployment and material usage. 2. Quality ControlEnsure quality standards are maintained at every stage of construction.Conduct inspections for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, etc.Maintain quality checklists and records.Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals. 3. Material ManagementCheck material quality and quantity at site.Raise material requisitions as per site requirements.Monitor material consumption to avoid wastage. 4. Measurement & Billing SupportTake site measurements and prepare measurement sheets along with BBS.Making of running bills (RA bills)



for company and their contractors.Verify subcontractor bills as per executed quantities. 5. Safety ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety standards and site safety procedures.Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.Report unsafe practices to senior management. 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily progress reports.Record site instructions and maintain site registers.Report progress, delays, and issues to Project Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:Education: Diploma in civil engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in civil construction projects.
