Recruitment:
- Organisation Structure as per budget
- JD formulation as per position
- Position sanction management
- Sourcing/shortlisting/Interview till finalisation
- Finalisation of CTC & document preparation for approval
- Onboarding & Induction (e induction completion), appointment letter
- KRA finalisation & TNI from HOD
- 30/90/180 days feedback
- Qtrly Performance review
- Half yearly performance review & confirmation

Training:
- TNI based on PMS (Behavioral/Technical)
- TNI of Current joinees
- Preparation & updation of Training calendar
- Training Plan & Budget finalisation
- Execution of training, evaluation & record management
- Re-training, evaluation & record management
- Training effectiveness implementation (Learnings implementation)

PMS:
- KRA alignment with company objectives
- KRA Freezing & support updation on portle
- Timely Review / Feedback & actions monitoring
- Validation of support data
- Data compilation as per guideline
- Identify potential performers




- Design development plan, execute as per guideline & monitor

Separation:
- Conduct Exit interview
- Record feedback
- Analysis feedback & suggest measures for implementation
- Implement suggested measures & monitor
- Establish Feedback mechanism after separation

Employee Engagement:
- Support in conducting survey
- Analysis survey report & decide actions &implement;
- Monitoring of implemented action
- Preparation of event calendar & execution of event
- Organise events as per R & R policy guideline

HRMS data management:
- Create awareness about SMI We connect modules
- Ensure usages from employees
- Report generation, validation & analysis
