Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant or counter. Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments for customized designs or consultations, and manage general store inquiries.

Generate accurate sales invoices via the Point of Sale (POS) system, accounting for item weight, purity, stone charges, and making charges. Accurately process cash, credit card, debit card, and digital/UPI payments, and issue receipts and advance payments. Count cash drawers at the start and end of shifts, balance transaction reports, and reconcile accounts to ensure zero discrepancies.

Maintain logs of daily footfall, customer inquiries, and sales leads. Follow strict store security protocols, especially when handling high-value items, and monitor the reception/entry areas.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
