About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Build REST APIs and backend services using Express.js
- Design and manage MongoDB databases
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Mandatory Requirements




- Should be able to handle the full development lifecycle including requirement gathering, UI development, backend development, database design, API integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into working software solutions.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of React.js
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
- MongoDB and Mongoose experience
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- REST API Development
- Git and GitHub
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience with ERP/CRM projects

- Cloudinary Integration
- VPS/Server Deployment
- SEO-friendly Development
