Business Development Intern - Recruitment & Client Partnerships

Location: Model Town, Delhi (WFO)
Internship Duration: 3 months
Stipend:upto ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who wants more than a traditional internship.

This opportunity offers direct exposure to business development, recruitment consulting, and client coordination across multiple industries. You will work closely with leadership and gain hands-on experience in how hiring partnerships are built and managed.

What You’ll Do
- Support client acquisition and business development activities
- Research and connect with companies across different industries
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and external stakeholders
- Understand hiring requirements and support requirement gathering
- Assist in relationship management and follow-ups
- Track outreach, meetings, and business opportunities
