Position Overview:
The Director - Health Large Market is responsible for leading strategic client relationships and delivering health and perks solutions for large-market clients. This role drives growth, ensures client satisfaction, and oversees delivery excellence while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage relationships with large-market health clients
- Drive revenue growth and account expansion
- Oversee implementation and delivery of health & benefits programs
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and consulting teams
- Ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Manage and mentor high-performing teams
- Develop strategic account plans and business reviews

Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and execute account strategies aligned with business goals
- Build long-term partnerships with client executives
- Identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation
- Contribute to organizational strategy and market positioning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred)




- 10-15+ years of experience in health benefits, consulting, or related domains
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
