Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all fabrication production activities.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, and operational performance.
- Oversee fabrication processes including cutting, welding, machining, assembly, and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with stores.
- Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor employees.

- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques,



and manufacturing operations.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role as Production Head, Production Manager, or similar.
- Experience in structural steel, heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, industrial equipment, or sheet metal fabrication.
- Strong understanding of welding standards, quality inspection, and production planning.
