Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution from construction to plant commissioning.
- Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility works at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, machinery suppliers, and government authorities.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of recycling machinery and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones within approved budget.
- Monitor procurement and movement of machinery, equipment, and scrap processing systems.
- Develop project schedules and track progress against targets.
- Handle plant layout planning, utility requirements, and infrastructure development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment and deployment of project and operational teams.
- Manage sourcing, handling, storage, and processing systems for PP, PET, Copper, Aluminium, Brass, and other recyclable scrap materials.
- Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and operational bottlenecks.




- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in project management, recycling plants, manufacturing plants, metal recycling, plastic recycling, or industrial project execution.
- Strong knowledge of recycling machinery, plant setup, and commissioning processes.
- Experience handling PP, PET, Copper, Aluminium, Brass, and scrap recycling operations.
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and procurement.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with statutory approvals, environmental compliance, and industrial safety standards.
