Faith Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Back Office Executive to support our sales and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Maintain and organize company records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and customer requirements.
- Track and update the status of leads and customer enquiries.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments whenever required.
- Perform other office-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate and follow up with customers professionally.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
