As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling a stream-aligned team focused on delivering a successful migration of datasets to a newly architected and designed pipeline. You will work closely with the Lead Software Development Engineer to ensure the team is empowered, autonomous, and aligned with business outcomes. Your leadership will be both strategic and hands-on, contributing directly to the codebase using Java and React.js, while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities
- Enable and empower stream-aligned teams led by Lead Software Development Engineers (LSDEs), ensuring explicit boundaries, autonomy, and alignment with business domains.
- Act as a technical enabler, removing impediments, facilitating team flow, and fostering a culture of continuous delivery and improvement.
- Roll up sleeves and contribute hands-on to development efforts, especially in Java, React.js, and AI-augmented coding using tools like GitHub Copilot.- Participate in architecture discussions, system
