We’re Hiring: Relationship Manager - Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP)

Location: Vadodara | Rajkot | Himmatnagar
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 In-Hand per month
Employment Type: Full-Time | Third-Party Payroll

We are looking for motivated Relationship Managers with mandatory experience in the Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP) segment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the secured Micro LAP portfolio.
- Source loans with ticket sizes up to ₹10 Lakhs.
- Handle customer sourcing through DSA, connectors, and open market channels.
- Coordinate with Operations and Credit teams from login to disbursement.
- Manage collections for sourced cases.
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute market promotional activities and expand the customer base.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in secured Micro Loan Against Property is mandatory.




- Hands-on experience in handling Micro LAP loans ranging from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹25Lakhs.
- Strong understanding of the local market and existing network.
- Experience in business development, retail sales, field sales, or NBFC sales will be an added advantage.
