Job Summary:
Essential Functions and Tasks:
Job Requisition Management:
- Execute comprehensive TA strategies to identify and attract top for technology & data and Service Delivery leadership positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.




- Ensure job requisitions are posted on various job boards and Ventra career pages.
- Review and approve job descriptions for accuracy and compliance with Ventra guidelines.

Interview Coordination:
Offer and Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of job offers.
- Coordinate the pre-employment screening process, reference checks, and new hire paperwork.

Reporting and Automation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and present weekly reports and metrics to the leadership team.
- Identity opportunities for process improvement and automation with the recruitment lifecycle.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform TA strategies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in TA practices.
