Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates for student enrollments.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for campaign optimization.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve landing pages and ad creatives.
- Track campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills:




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Funnel Optimization, and Conversion Tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Education or EdTech industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
