About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The role involves lead generation through outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling online product demonstrations. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using the provided lead database.
- Introduce and explain company products and services to prospects.
- Schedule online product demonstrations with interested clients.
- Maintain and update lead records in the system.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Internship Period (6 Months):
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Post Internship:
- Salary Package: Up to ₹3 LPA (based on performance)
