Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Prepare GST reports and ensure statutory compliance.
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records.
- Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and management whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.:
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Experience: 6 months +
- Experience or strong knowledge of the Jewellery Industry is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in Share Market/Stock Market Accounting will also be considered an advantage.:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
