Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, references, channel partners, and marketing activities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to customers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, legal, and customer support for smooth transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Experience in selling residential, commercial, or luxury real estate projects.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking skills.
- Customer-focused approach with professional appearance and behavior.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
