Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on stock market fundamentals and advanced trading strategies.
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions for audiences at various skill levels - from beginners to experienced traders.
- Offer personalized mentorship and support to participants, addressing individual queries and learning goals.
- Foster an interactive learning workplace that encourages participation, discussion, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with market trends and integrate them into training content for relevance and impact.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional trading experience, with a focus on Equity, Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis
- Must possess at least one of the following certifications:




- NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives)
- NISM Series-XV (Research Analyst)
- NISM Series-XVI (Commodity Derivatives)
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred.

Educational Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance preferred)
