Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while optimizing CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Manage and optimize campaigns for financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Investment Services.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the Product, Design, Content, and Sales teams to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and developments in the Finance Industry.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in the Finance Industry.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, remarketing, and campaign scaling.
- Good understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and achieve performance targets.
