Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete quality inspection and quality control of all furniture before dispatch.
- Maintain and update furniture production tracking reports for all ongoing projects.
- Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure production is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule.
- Manage factory inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement through entry and exit challans.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to avoid material shortages and delays.
- Maintain project trackers, inventory records and dispatch schedules in Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting and communication with management regarding project status.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, inventory management and data analysis.
