Job Title: Senior Accountant
Industry: Trading of Goods/ Inventory Management
Location: Chawri Bazaar, Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Software Requirement: Busy Accounting Software (Expert Level)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Trading Accounting: Manage complex trading transactions, including import/export documentation, customs duties, and high-volume invoicing.
- Inventory Control: Track stock movements, calculate cost of goods sold (COGS), and reconcile physical inventory with software records.
- Software Operations: Utilize Busy Accounting Software for advanced inventory management, billing, and financial reporting.
- Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, TCS, and other relevant statutory compliance reports.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements,



balance sheets, and cash flow analysis for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years strictly within a trading company.
- Software Skills: Mandatory, hands-on expertise in Busy Accounting Software.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/M.Com preferred).
- Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of local tax laws, GST structures for trading, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS and TCS.
- Analytical Skills: Solid ability to analyze profit margins, operational costs, and trading risks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
