Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve production targets by driving OEE, efficiency, and machine utilization in Injection Molding operations.
- Execute production plans while ensuring product quality, BRFT compliance, and rejection reduction.
- Lead and optimize manpower deployment, productivity, and shop floor performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and safety standards across all production activities.
- Manage SAP-related activities, inventory accuracy,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of experience in Injection Molding manufacturing and shop floor operations.
- Diploma in Plastics Engineering (CIPET) with robust technical knowledge of molding processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve productivity, and achieve production targets.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
