Position Summary

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, consolidating, analyzing, and delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. The analyst will transform data into meaningful insights, create executive-level presentations, maintain reporting databases,



and support management with key performance metrics and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc business reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to support business objectives.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business insights through data analysis.
- Monitor reporting metrics and recommend process improvements.

Data Consolidation & Management
- Consolidate data from various systems and departments into standardized reporting formats.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Maintain reporting databases and documentation.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across all reports.
