Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all back office operations within the real estate department
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage a team of back office staff and provide leadership and guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in back office management within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in improving back office operations




- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
