A DAY IN THE LIFE

This role sits within Medtronic’s Strategic Accounts and Marketing organization,
focused on building long-term partnerships with India’s leading corporate
hospital groups and healthcare institutions. The team works at the intersection
of commercial strategy, customer engagement, healthcare market intelligence, and
business development to identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer
relationships, and support enterprise-level account strategies across complex
healthcare systems.

Based in Gurgaon, India, this position follows a Flex work model, balancing




in-office collaboration with work from home. Travel of approximately 35-40% is
required to engage with customer stakeholders, support strategic account
initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.

Principal Product Specialist – Strategic Account Management, Strategic Accounts
is responsible for developing and advancing strategic relationships with large
healthcare systems and corporate hospital networks across India. This role
combines customer engagement, strategic planning, market analysis, and
cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, develop account-specific
growth strategies, and support execution of initiatives that create value for
both customers and Medtronic.
