About the Job
The Haemophilia Area Commercial Lead is a field-based, commercially focused individual contributor responsible for driving Qfitlia adoption and revenue delivery within an assigned geographic area. This role is at the forefront of Sanofi's Haemophilia launch in India — engaging directly with haematologists, Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), and key decision makers to build awareness, drive prescription initiation, and ensure patient access to Qfitlia. The role demands a highly motivated, scientifically credible, and commercially astute professional who can navigate the complex haemophilia treatment ecosystem and deliver results in a launch environment.

Sanofi is now entering the Haemophilia space with Qfitlia — a path-breaking therapeutic solution for Haemophilia A and B. The Haemophilia Area Commercial Lead role is based in the region and involves regularly identifying, managing, and reviewing business strategy and specific sales objectives, ensuring customer needs and expectations are routinely addressed to attain revenue goals. This role drives growth through building a strong value proposition for Sanofi's Qfitlia in Haemophilia and by taking proactive measures for market access and patient benefit.
