As the Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the western region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the western region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the western region
- Strong leadership and communication skills




- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
