Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Consultant with robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA, production support, incident management, business stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The candidate will serve as a key functional resource, working closely with business users, process teams,



and technical teams to deliver support and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Provide RUN support, analyze and resolve production issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.
Engage directly with business users to gather requirements, perform solutioning, and drive issue resolution.
Manage incidents, problem, and service request lifecycles.
Participate in functional testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, process owners, and cross-functional teams as a single point of contact.
Support shift operations and ensure effective communication across global teams.
Contribute to knowledge management, reusable assets, templates, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
