The Entity Content team collects, manages, and supplies content for various datasets across Deep Data Operations. This content is used extensively across and beyond Refinitiv/LSEG and is a critical asset to a wide range of Refinitiv/LSEG products.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join the Content Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions, reporting capabilities, data correction tools, and workflow improvements that enable efficient day-to-day content operations.
The candidate will have prospect working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and relational databases such as Azure SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI). You will collaborate closely with Content Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to identify operational challenges and deliver scalable solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to support daily Content Operations activities.
Build and enhance operational tools that improve workflow efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase data accuracy.
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and monitoring solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
Develop utilities and processes for bulk content updates, data corrections, and data quality improvements.
Create scalable solutions for managing content lifecycle workflows and operational processes.
Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support reporting, analysis, and data maintenance activities.
Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
