communicator of key financial information and controls. As a partner with Citi’s various businesses and functions, Citi Finance drives business
franchise and legal entity decisions on capital planning, liquidity, budgeting, tax, strategic direction and policy management.

Citi’s Corporate Strategy and M&A; function, serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to address high impact strategic issues across
Citi’s businesses and functions. The team works in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to identify opportunities and
issues of strategic importance, develop transformational strategies to achieve business mandates, drive change by partnering with business
leadership, and provide clarity in complex problems to facilitate decision-making.



The Executives Scorecards team sits within the Corporate
Strategy and M&A; function.

The Citi Executive Scorecards team is responsible for establishing global standards for key performance metrics and ensuring consistent
usage and reporting across planning, review, and performance management processes. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a globally robust, consistent, and efficient controls framework. Additionally, the candidate will be providing support for management oversight for the Citi Executive Scorecards team. The candidate will lead strategic initiatives to improve, automate, and standardize the production environment. Successful candidates will have excellent stakeholder management skills, experience maintaining a strong control environment and have robust problem-solving and process improvement skills.
