The Manager / Senior Manager – Human Resources leads the day-to-day delivery of HR operations for a geographically dispersed workforce across India, ensuring that HR services are compliant, timely,



accurate, and employee-centric. The role is the operational engine of the HR function: it runs the employee lifecycle, administers statutory compliance, and maintains HR systems and records so that the Director – HR & Administration is freed to focus on the organisation’s strategic HR transformation agenda.Reporting to and working under the direction of the Director – HR & Administration, the incumbent translates HR strategy and policy into consistent, well-executed practice on the ground. The role suits a hands-on, service-oriented, and detail-driven HR qualified who takes ownership of operational delivery, applies sound judgment on routine matters, and escalates sensitive or policy-level issues appropriately.
