Position Summary...
Sam’s Club eCommerce is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to be a part of the Technical Program Management team supporting the eCommerce area. The Sam’s Club eCommerce team is responsible for building and running the SamsClub.com website, Mobile Apps and associated experiences. Specifically, we are looking for a TPM to lead technical program execution in the Post Transaction & Returns area. You will be responsible for leading large and complex initiatives in support of Sam’s growth and member strategies.

Sam’s Club eCommerce is a team of engineers passionate about taking care of our members and associates. The team helps build and maintain the foundational and experiential systems that allow our members to shop online, pick up in store, experience our several service offerings and check out in the club using Scan & Go. This team is geographically distributed but is tight knit and proud of what they do

What you'll do:
Work with product managers,



architects and engineering leaders to define and scope large and complex initiatives.
You will build Discovery and Execution plans that include coordination of numerous cross-functional teams
You will lead multiple teams of engineers to deliver cross-functional initiatives
You will identify, track and manage risks and issues that threaten project or program success
You will communicate to team members, peers and leadership in a way that supports effective program execution
You will work with your team of peer TPMs to drive consistency and improvement in technical program execution. This includes standardization of practices and tooling where it makes sense.
Build and maintain solid relationships with engineering management and stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project management practices.
