Job Description -
Responsibilities: Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior; Develop predictive models to forecast customer actions and preferences; Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for customer engagement; Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer analytics initiatives.
